Lacson, batas ng Navotas

It is the duty of Sgt. Lacson to seize the mob group that plagued the city of Navotas with terror. He persistently chases Manuel, the infamous crime syndicate leader, and desperately puts an end to the crimes that are backed up by high-ranking politicians in the government.
